look what Elegant Edges can make (4 cards)

good morning to all,  while looking through my Elegant Edges hand book, I wondered what the "book"  key would make, so I brought one up on my design studio to give it a try....WOW!  I really love the way these turned out... all are 5 inches in height and will fit nicely into a 5 1/2 inch square envelope.
the snowman was the 2nd card I made, I wanted to catch your eye so you might come and see the other 3...
I wanted to see  what the little swirl would look like in the snow, I added the negative  for a wind blowing effect.
EE pg 25 in hand book and I put him on a wobble and cuttlebug for the snow
EE pg. 29, SYI for the tree
                                   EE pg. 47  AE snowflake
EE pg 22 Indie Art for the butterfly, this was the first one I made, going to my  s-i-l for her bd
I could not believe how fast and easy these all went together, all made yesterday and on my Design Studio
each  card has 3 layers of EE 1/8 to 1/4 inch smaller than the first, the snowman white layer I tore for the snow on the ground look.

mojo monday #207

good morning to all, Britt will be 16 on Monday!!! she hates craft shopping with
me, until one day I had a great coupon and she did go into Michaels with me, anyway she saw this paper and thought it was really cool. I knew for  MJM  I would be using this paper with a guitar, the sketch was the only thing I was waiting for....

Cricut Cardz Challenge # 85

Hi all, Mary over at CCC is asking for....
Challenge #85 Holiday - Anything Goes! Make a card for any holiday you choose, using any cartridge and colors you'd like.

I have made lots of  Christmas cards this year and thought I would try Halloween ...
lots of inking.  I also kept the tree with the over hang of the branches, I thought it looked more interesting....
I used only scraps and did not have enough blue for the inside. so I just cut it in half and added the rest of the fence and more leaves that had fallen off of the tree....
this is a 5 1/4 square and will fit into a half fold card envelope.

BBTB Challenge SYI and blog hop

The challenge this week is to use the TAG from the STRETCH YOUR IMAGINATION cartridge....This tag can be used for just about any project....check out what the team did....but there was one catch....they had to use the tag in some type of HALLOWEEN or FALL type project...

I picked the fall project because I was a little tired of Halloween.

I decided to make 2 since I am trying to get some made for Britt's fund raiser.

and the back to write on.

both done at 5 1/2 inches, I think the leaves are at 2 inches and 2 1/2 for the larger tag
hope you like.

Labor of Love for Shelly

I call this one a labor of  love because of  all of the leaves on this tree that have to be raked up!  Shelly is the designer over at CCC and asked us all to join her and make our own card with leaves on it
this is what I came up with.
tree, autumn and leaves are from SYI
girl and rake are from everyday paper dolls.
You might be asking yourself, Rake?
I made it from the yield sign!
thanks for looking
