this year I decided to give 4 cards with envelopes away each week to someone at church. We have our own mail box there so it will be easy. Now I have to re stock my cards so that I have enough for when those times come when I haven't made any in a week. So I have made 2 to 4 cards of each.
Now all I have to do is wait for the weather around here to cooperate so I can get there. It has been bitter cold and ice storms now into lots of snow, what a year!

Hello to all, what little boy would not love to get Wall-E.   A lot of tiny pieces, but I try to make him large enough, then it is not that hard to put together.

I offered handmade note cards for a baby shower coming up in March, still don't know if they want but I plan on being ready for when they say they do want them....I am trying to keep to one cartridge at a time so I can keep them all together and not confuse me when I look them up if I would like to reuse.  You may also wonder where the face had gone on some cards, well I remove them with my design studio.

Hello again,  I am not sure if I am going to include Wall-E in with the other note cards to give away. He is A LOT of work, and then I made 4 of him!!!!...    So glad I used a temporary bond, because I did have to take apart and redo many layers to this cut.

Hello to all, My nephew and his girlfriend are having and baby and I offered to make some gift cards to give away as prizes. Here is the start of them, I decide to make at least 4 of each to make it go faster. I also made the boxes for them to go into, will post later.

for the chicken card base is 4 1/4 square  black, start with a 8 1/2 x 4 1/4  and fold in half
                            print  4 x 4
                           frame 3 1/2 square    black
                            print   3 1/4 square
                        

donation cards

good morning to all,  My daughter is graduating  from high school in a few weeks. Every year the school asks for donations to be given away at the party for the kids following their ceremony.  Suggestions have been gas cards, laundry supplies, stuff they will need in the real world. I am not even sure if they want these but I am ready if they do!!! I will add pens and stamps to the gift basket if needed. I tried to think of things that kids would miss when off to college   like home, baked goods, a washing machine,,,it was also a great way to use up some of my scraps.  I left them all blank inside for writing room.

    

Deconstructed Sketch #109

Hi all,  I saw this sketch this morning and I thought of another way to use Martha Stewart punch. It is a bit time consuming punching both sides of a 1 1/2 strip of paper and getting it to line up just right but I think for these cards it works well

 

now all I have to do is figure out where to post this!

Hi again,,,, I saw this challenge over at cards tv, Mary wants you to just a jar on your project.
the last bridal shower I was to, they had mason jars to drink from, part of the theme from the wedding also.
for the wedding the bridal party had mason jar that had a candle stick hot glued to the bottom, pretty cool!
all part of the country theme.

good morning to all,  I am making more note cards for Church, I sure hope they do well with them, people seem to like them, these are a take for the flamingo I made last week, just made into a  5 1/2 x 4 1/4 size for easy packing ....
again I made different backgrounds so I am not so board.

Hi all, I was a way for a couple of days watching my grand children while mom and dad were at work,
they were not their normal selves, I could not figure out why they just wanted to lay around and watch TV.
I was able to get them both outside for a short time, but back into the house, by the time my daughter got home Braeden was sitting on the toilet and Aubry was sleeping on the couch, Not feeling well would explain a lot!! I sure hope Britt and I do not get what the kids have!
I had these made last week and I believe they will go to the church plum shoppe.
I also decide to switch them up a bit so I am not getting board while making may of the same cut.

Hi all, Yesterday I made these cards to small for the challenge. On my design studio I had planned on the card base to be 4 1/2 x 6 1/4    when I made the cards they where to small    4 1/4 x 5 1/2,,, so it thru off the entire card, set them aside and finished them with a different guitar
