 Wow!  this morning I am posting a card and I found I can use it for a challenge also....
My "cup of Joy" is going to cheer up a friend of my who just had an emergency hysterectomy, she is also waiting on test results   So I am hoping to put a smile on her face.


the paper players challenge #116....... Fall is definitely in the air, and who doesn't like to warm up with a nice cup of something?  So today, my challenge is "A Cup of Joy"! Share a cup with us....cup of coffee, cup of tea, cup of hot chocolate....anything in a cup!  Can't wait to see what joyful creations you come up with!

 I wanted to show you what card looks like closed, I keep the back bottom as long as the front, so that when it stands up, it is not out of balance...sorry about the shadow

paper cutz challenge #73

for this challenge I found over at Shelly's and thought I would give it a try, the only thing
For challenge #73, make a card, LO or craft project using metal (brads, eyelets, wire, etc) and any colors or theme you'd like.

here is what I came up with
the rooster is from wall decor and more, corners from jasmine
not sure what the metal buttons are called but they have these really sharp
points on the back side and if you are not careful they can poke your skin,
man that hurts and can draw blood too!!!

mojo monday # 172 contest time!

Hi all, It has been cold here in WI and I wanted to make a fall card, seems like we did not have one this past season since it was so cold in Sept.
I followed the Mojo Monday sketch, except I made it square...
 the paper is s.e.i nutmeg, I used George, A childs year and Wall decor and more and my design studio to get the right sizes....
