Mojo Monday #152 Eli's Christmas card
for Mojo I tipped the sketch on the side and saw a rocking horse, so I made Eli's first Christmas card.
this also is a 4 1/2 x 6 1/4 inch size, a bit larger than I normally make. but will be fine, it is the larger
invitation envelope that wal-mart now sells. I do believe I would be lost without my design studio, I love knowing the size of everything before I cut. and saves on time....

Peachy Keen Challenge # 34
I have been enjoying the designs that I have found, this one is from peachy keen and it was to follow the sketch.
this is what I came up with,,,
cardinal is from winter woodland, cricut cartridge
paper from K & company, last year on clearance.
I made 2, just a bit different
and the inside, will finish with sentiment at a later date,
we had a nasty storm this morning, so I had to wait a few hours before I could cut it.

with Joy's of the season cricut cartridge and songbirds for the background
sweet dreams holiday avenue from my mind's eye paper from last year.

1st Tri-Shutter card, M & D 60th Anniversary
Hi all, for some reason I thought a trishutter card was going to be a really big card (like 8 inches tall)
so I shied away from making one. I was looking for a new fold and found this one on splitcoaststampers on you tube, when I saw that it was only 5 1/2 inches tall I thought I would give it a try,
this is for my Mom & Dad's 60th anniversary coming up in Sept.
all the patterned paper is from linen closet.. it also took several hours to make with all of the cuts.
opened to 5 1/2 x 12 inches
what it looks like before the finishing touches

Lorraine's Anniversary card "56"
Hi all, today I was helping out a new person to the cricut world, not that I am an expert or anything like that, but I am the only person Lorraine knows who own one...so I was glad to help, I have called her mom in bible study so I'm sure that is one reason she felt comfortable to ask for help. So we made a card for her daughter, a good friend, for her birthday coming up. and I didn't get a picture of it....dang.... but I did get to make this one for Lorraine's ann. comeing up... I found this layout on Paper in the works blog. I really love her work and don't get anywhere near the detailing but I try.... she will also sew, cut by hand and does a lot of coloring and inking, not sure if she makes her own layouts, but they are great! here are the measurement on mine
