lots of inking, pop dotted 2 levels, I added the extra cuts from the tag instead of beads or brads for a wave look.

Mojo Monday 231 contest time...
Hi all, for this sketch I wanted something fun and bright, a warm sun set, water and a beach, you might have to look really hard to see it, I am not a drinker so I am not sure why I have it on there, maybe seen to may movies with a cute little umbrella in it.....

thanks for looking, Carol <><

I made 10 of these little guys to add to my pile for Christmas and other gift giving occasions that always seem to come up, I have always liked this cute fish of Jeannie's and thought I would give it a try, I had it on my DS for a long time and was in a low mojo moment yesterday, and then made 10 of these....
lots of inking, layers,doodling,
I made 4 of Ally's you will find hers at...
http://www.rockpapercricut.com/2012/03/my-craft-spot-challenge-47-for-birds.html
I don't remember seeing this cute little chicken in from my kitchen, but I do think I will be making her more..
I am not sure what sentiment I will add under the chicken, will add later...these are 4 1/4 square with the chicken extending over the card to make a 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 inch card....I used all scraps for these,
inking,
I also found this chicken in FMK and made 4 of these also....made these with all scraps, it is like pot luck!!!
I think the stripes are so cute....inking cuttlebug
I no longer finish the inside of note cards, when I made them last year, when I put the gifts together I noticed that there was not much space for writing, so I am leaving them blank, it also frees me up a lot!!!
THANKS SO MUCH FOR LOOKING, I hope you get a chance to look at Jeannie and Ally's, they are worth the look

Hi all, last month I made these and enough to last sometime, I always add my
chip on the back of all the cards I make, when I made them for my girls I would always add
a Made from Mom, even if they where note cards,, it did not make sense since they would be giving them away,
so I now made a generic one for all cards,
comp. made and punched with a 1 1/2 inch scalloped hand punch

Hey everyone! I hope you had a great weekend! Are you ready for another challenge?
This weeks Challenge: For the Birds
(Make a card or other project - must include a bird)
good morning, and a chilly start to today it is!! I found another cute challenge over at My Craft Spot called for the birds, my girlfriend saw the first robin of the year, I found this in my new cart, Kate's ABCs a had to create with it. I love the way it turned out! I used pooh and friends for the fence and grass, to make it look like she was a bit protected from the elements, and DC for the sun to warm her up.
inking, pop dotted the flowers,

whimsical Wednesday #45-color green
This week our challenge (#45) is to create a card/project and incorporate the color green.
yesterday I had made these cute little note cards for my Christmas stash to give as presents, any way I was surfing different blogs and found this challenge at Whimsical Designs, make it green, how cool is that!!!
I received Kate's and Nate's ABCs Tues. in the mail from HSN, they have free shipping on a lot of their cartridges, this is the first time I used it and boy do I like these carts. I just wish they had the shadow feature. I used my DS to get close to a shadow size...I just love this fun little ant..
lots of inking and I stamped the background on the green. I am also trying to use up some of my scraps Note the different browns, greens and red.

sympathy card
good morning to all, last week I made a sympathy card so that I would have one made up ahead of time,
Friday, my uncle die and that card was not right for him, even though I have only seen him maybe a dozen times in my life, through the internet I got to know him a little over the past few years, like he was a medic in WWII,
he and Aunt Mary love their flowers, and this I have know for a long time, a Deacon in the Catholic Church.
He also worked for NASA.
I started with the Joy's flowers and fence behind it for left side and the cross for him being a Deacon.
comp. made the sentiment.
I had the pictures taken and decided to add some butterflies for a bit more color and what is a flower garden without butterflies, I like it both ways...cut with a punch..
so while at church this morning I noticed that the colors have been changed to purple, because we are in the season of Lent, came home and pulled it up on design studio and now it is purple....
