good morning to all, look what I found at Wal-mart.com...2 for $50 with free shipping.  at the Wal-mart in town I have seen them for $40 each. when I placed the order it said it would arrive in 7 to 10 business days but I had it in 3 days,,,,,go figure! I also wanted the 2 of these so it worked out really well for me....

I just noticed I did not post this card, so here goes,  I am tired of winter this year, and yes it is snowing a bit this morning, but we are lucky, we did not get the amounts of snow they got the west and south of us. Talked to my daughter who lives in northern Minnesota  and they had 6 inches and counting.

Anyway, this is how my nephew ended up with a "summer" card..

good morning to all, this card is for my friend and I think we are going to have to start celebrating out birthdays together in summer. Mine is in November and it was stinking cold to go out and it looks like her is going to be the same, that makes 4 long months this year of stinking cold weather, I just hope I remember this when it is blistering hot this summer.
for her card I wanted to make a spring card, with a blue bird and a shaped card for a little fun,
sweet and simple... songbird cartridge does not have wings for the birds in it so I found it in create a critter.
added some flat pearls because it was a bit boring without.

good morning to all,   This will make 2 straight days of snow here in central Wisconsin, and more to come, the only good thing about it, it is a little warmer and no wind, (yet)
I made this for my nephew and his bride, I was so glad I had this on my DS, because my mind has been a blank after 3 sympathy cards..I wanted to keep it simple with clean lines...

these cards are going out 6 months late, but I just found out about a church members husband/fathers passing. between not getting the paper and not attending church most of the summer, I totally missed his passing. And yes I feel bad about it.

In Loving Memory of Laura

Hello to all,
Sympathy cards are always hard to make, this one even harder than most. Laura was a fighter but after 3 years of first breast cancer, then liver cancer, her body could not take any more. She passed on to a better place this morning,  til the end, her faith was strong and always said how blessed she was. Laura was a young woman with 2 children and loving husband, she will be missed.
