set for M-I-L
Hi all, I liked the cards I did the other day, that I decided to make a set to give my m-i-l for her birthday..
she likes antiques so I tried to keep the old look to these cards. I hope to get a dozen of them made...
what I have so far..
I have more ready on my design studio, just need to find the time...

next is 3 3/4 x 5 1/2
and the bottom is 3 3/4 x2
for the inside only sentiment is 3 x 4 3/4"
the sewing machine and layers cut @ 3 " from the heart cut @ 1 1/2
stove and layers cut @ 3 1/4" warm wishes cut @ 1 1/4"

these cards I wanted to see if they would look good in a smaller size, mostly because I don't have
an envelope to fit a 5 x 7" card.. next time I will try a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 card
I have a great cutter so I can make cards to the size I want with the scor-pal for easy folding.
If you like what you see go on over to
Monique Griffith Designs, she has a great blog!!! (from Wed. March 2, 2011)

paper cutz challenge # 80 think spring - Marcia's bd card
For challenge #80, make a card, LO or craft project for Spring using any colors you'd like.
for this card I started with the paper and worked from there. I love pretty paper and let it do most of the work for this card.

mojo monday # 180
Hi all, this card I wanted to be a sympathy card but I believe it will end up a First Holly Communion card.
I normally do not like ribbon, but for this card it seems to work!
